legal services including services provided on the basis of a contract, services related to administrative and court proceedings as well as services taken upon request of the data owner prior to conclusion of the contract (legal basis Art. 6 sec. 1. lit. b. Act of 10 May 2018 on the protection of personal data, further: RODO);
necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which the controller is subject including obligation related to the court and administrative proceedings (legal basis Art. 6 sec. 1. lit. c. RODO);

retention and the requirement to provide data
DGTL will process your personal data for the time necessary to achieve processing purposes i.e. for the time necessary to perform services based on contract, and after that for the period required by legal regulations and to secure possible claims. In case of data collected in the course of proceedings conducted by an advocate or legal advisor as part of their profession, personal data will be stored for no longer than 6 years from the end of the year in which the proceedings ended, and if consent is withdrawn, we will delete the data immediately.
Providing of your data is always consensual. However, to the extent your data is necessary to provide services or to perform the contract with DGTL we will not be able to do this, until such data are provided to us.
Collected personal data will not be the subject to automated processing.
