Pawel has many years of litigation experience. He specializes in legal and organizational support for the construction investment process and public procurement law. In his practice, he focuses on real estate and new technologies law, as well as providing legal services for commercial law companies.

He has been a member of supervisory and management authorities for capital companies, as well as, an expert in the Department of Emergency Control of PPO. In years 2010-2019 he was a KIO member and served as President of the Chamber in 2013-2016.

Pawel is the author of numerous publications when it comes to public procurement.
