Monika Domańska

Monika graduated in 2019, with a law degree from the Department of Law and Administration at the University of Cardinal Stefan Wyszynski in Warsaw and is currently an attorney-at-law applicant.

She began her career back in college by interning in Warsaw law firms, gaining practice in both civil and criminal court proceedings. During that time, she has also actively supported the Maciej Bednarkiewicz Academia Iuris Foundation in Warsaw which provides legal help to those who need it the most.

At DGTL, Monika specializes in representing clients in court proceedings in both labor and economic disputes. She also helps clients when it comes to drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, including contracts pertaining to new technologies. Considering that Monika is also interested by family and inheritance law, clients have the unique opportunity to consult on those matters as well.

Some of Monika’s recent projects include:

  • Continuous support and legal counsel for companies in the technology and medicine industries;
  • Crafting strategy and representing entrepreneurs in legal cases related to establishing an employment relationship and payment of additional benefits in the field of labor law;
  • Crafting strategy and representing clients in court proceedings against the Social Insurance Institution when it comes to determining the contribution payer, determining the amount of contributions, as well as when it comes to not being covered by insurance;
  • Co-crafting internal provisions in the realm of HR for entrepreneurs

Monika values professionalism and continuously strives to improve her skills. In her daily life she is guided by the principle of “Always aim higher and believe in people.”
