Ernest Bucior

Ernest is a graduate of the Marie-Curie Sklodowska University in Lublin and, since 2019, he has been on the list of Warsaw Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law. At DGTL, he is a member of the Corporate Practice (“Investment”) and the Ne Technologies Practice.
He gained his current experience in national and international law firms providing corporate services for companies, carrying out M&A transactions and restructuring procedures (Ernest’s experience in particular encompasses supporting the transformation of sole proprietorships into capital companies).
Some of Ernest’s projects include:
- Implementing a generational succession process in the leading horticultural production company in Poland and Central/Eastern-Europe;
- Participating in the cross-border company merger in the light aluminum constructions industry;
- Support through an M&A transaction, on the part of the seller, who is a leader when it comes to veterinary wholesalers for animals;
- Helping through a debt restructuring process of a capital group of companies from the automotive industry;
- Audit in a Swiss Financial Institution when it comes to internal politics;
- Participation in an investigative audit for one of the largest financial institutions in Poland;
- Participation in an investigative audit at a branch of a French bank regarding a possible collusion between stock broker when it comes to WIBOR quotas
