Dominika has over 26-years of professional experience, including almost 15 in managerial positions. She mainly works in the TMT industry, with emphasis on telecommunication and new media.

She specializes in operational management, leading interdisciplinary projects and the M&A domain. She has a unique set of hard and soft skills built throughout her many years of cross-sectional experience, in particular process optimization, business transformation, strategy and long-term company development.

Dominika has worked with companies like: Citibank, Accenture, BNP Paribas, Orange, WP and Onet. She is a certified economic mediator as well as a mentor in the Foundation of (female) Business Leaders program and the “Business in Women’s Hands” acceleration program lead by the Entrepreneurial Women Network.
