Lena Murawska

Lena is a law student at the University of Warsaw where she was recognized for her high academic standards by being awarded the Rector’s scholarship for best students for each year of her studies.
Her interests revolve around commercial law, M&A transactions, capital markets law, as well as intellectual property law.
Lena is furthering her education as a participant in the British Law School organized by the British Law Centre – a joint venture of the University of Cambridge and the University of Warsaw.
In DGTL, Lena primarily supports the Corporate Law Practice (,,Investment” Area) and the IP Practice (,,Creation” Area).
On a day-to-day, her tasks include:
- participation in M&A transactions,
- drafting contracts, corporate, and transaction documents,
- legal due diligence,
- corporate services,
- analyzing legal issues and preparing legal opinions,
- support in contacts with clients.
