Magdalena Smaruj

Magda is a graduate of the Faculty of Law at the University of Warsaw and a trainee attorney registered with the District Bar Council in Warsaw. She also acquired her knowledge at the Northeastern Illinois University of Chicago, majoring in Business Law.

In the field of private sector entities, Magda specializes in serving IT companies, particularly in the area of broadly defined HR law and intellectual property law. She provides comprehensive support to employers in the implementation of internal legal acts, outsourcing, and employment restructuring.

Magda also has extensive experience in cooperating with entities in the creative industry, film production (including leading Polish broadcasting entities), influencer marketing, and gaming. She has repeatedly developed projects and conducted negotiations for co-production, sponsorship, and licensing agreements. She also participated in creating procedures for advertising cooperation and events.
