Maciej completed his legal apprenticeship at the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Kraków. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University, as well as postgraduate studies in Aviation Law at Łazarski University.

He began gaining professional experience in Kraków law firms from the early years of his studies, working, among other things, on the ongoing legal support of entrepreneurs (including those in the IT, real estate development, and sports and tourism sectors, also belonging to international capital groups). He has also handled various projects in the fields of commercial company law, real estate law, and broadly understood civil law – in particular the drafting and review of contracts – as well as civil procedure. He currently continues his practice in these areas, with a particular focus on IT law.

He provides legal services in fluent English.

Privately, he is a motorcyclist and an indoor skydiving enthusiast.
