Anna Poprawa

Anna is a legal advisor at the Krakow Chamber of Legal Advisors, a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University in Krakow, and postgraduate studies in labor law at the Jagiellonian University. She also studied history with a specialization in Judaic studies. She gained experience as an in-house lawyer at a telecommunications company, and as a long-term lawyer at a large Krakow law firm, where for over five years she participated in acquisitions and investment processes of one of the largest Polish telecommunications operators in Poland. She was a partner in Krakow law firms and successfully ran her own practice. Anna is the President of the Board and a partner in the company POPRAWA O PRAWIE Limited Liability Company, as well as a partner in several limited liability companies in the accounting and finance industry. She runs educational legal profiles on Facebook and Instagram as @poprawa.o.prawie.
For years, she has been actively cooperating with academic circles and student organizations such as ELSA Krakow, ELSA Torun, ELSA Warsaw. She conducts lectures, training, and webinars in law (especially as an expert in labor law and contract law) and business. For her educational activities, she was awarded the DOSKONAŁOŚĆ SIECI 2020 distinction by the prestigious monthly magazine Twój Styl in the knowledge category.
Anna has specialized for years in serving entrepreneurs and contract law. For many years, she has been conducting legal audits of companies, helping in the proper conduct of investment processes. She has carried out dozens of telecommunications transactions.
At DGTL, Anna supports clients in the areas of:

- developing optimal transaction strategies, collaborating with specialists in taxes, financing, and valuation,
- creating, reviewing, developing, and negotiating commercial contracts,

- preparing investment agreements and related documents for companies in the construction, telecommunications, gastronomy, and logistics industries;
- implementation of GDPR for clients in the beauty, medical, and fitness industries.

- legal support for the merger process of telecommunications companies;
- preparation of complete legal documentation for a client in the beauty industry (aesthetic medicine clinic).
