Anna Banasik

Anna is a graduate of Law from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn. She completed Data Protection and Law of Modern Technologies as part of postgraduate studies at the Leon Koźmiński Academy in Warsaw. Additionally, she completed a course on Legal and Technical Aspects of Cybersecurity at the Leon Koźmiński Academy in Warsaw.

Anna gained her professional experience by conducting audits, during which she examined compliance and adaptation of processes to the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in private sector entities. Furthermore, her experience includes several years of practice in conducting administrative proceedings at the Office for Personal Data Protection.

At DGTL Anna specializes particularly in personal data protection and the law of new technologies. Additionally, she provides legal support to DGTL lawyers in other legal fields.

Privately, she is a dance enthusiast, participating in the choreographic project VIP Bachata Ladies Project. She also enjoys baking.
