associate
Aleksandra is a second-year trainee attorney at the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Krakow. She completed her legal studies at the Faculty of Law and Administration at Jagiellonian University in Krakow and is currently continuing her education at the Postgraduate School of Company Law at the University of Warsaw.
Already during her first years of studies, Aleksandra took on the task of translating her acquired knowledge into practice, particularly by getting involved in pro bono activities. She was a member of the UJ Student Legal Clinic, where she provided free legal assistance. She also acted as a curator for individuals with unknown places of residence.
She gained professional experience in Krakow law firms, specializing particularly in civil procedure, new technologies law (with a special focus on serving companies operating in the IT sector), and personal data protection. At DGTL, she continues her practice in these areas, serving both business and individual clients. She willingly engages in drafting, reviewing, and preparing various types of contracts and agreements, ensuring the best possible protection for the client and verifying the legal and business consequences of the proposed contractual provisions. She is also responsible for conducting audits of personal data processing processes and preparing documentation necessary for GDPR implementation. She successfully completed certified basic training in personal data protection, obtaining professional qualifications within the profession of Data Protection Officer. She actively deepens her knowledge in the field of artificial intelligence, focusing primarily on the lawful implementation of AI systems in the corporate sector.
She also provides legal assistance in English. In her free time, she develops her linguistic skills – she speaks Spanish at an advanced level and has recently started learning Italian.
