Basia is a legal advisor at the Regional Chamber of Legal Advisors in Krakow and holds a restructuring advisor licence.
She began building her experience by working for many years in a Katowice-based law firm providing legal and tax services to business entities, mainly with Italian capital, focused on the automotive and real estate sectors.

Her experience also includes in-house work and managing the legal department of companies. For many years, she has also successfully run her own law firm providing services to business entities with predominantly international capital. Currently, she is active in Krakow and the surrounding area, continuing to support entrepreneurs both in day-to-day services and in transactional processes and commercial disputes.

Basia specialises in providing services to business entities in the high-tech sector and entities involved in real estate investment processes.

Selected projects carried out by Basia include:

1. participating in M&A transactions in the IT industry,
2. successfully conducting corporate disputes between partners of limited liability companies,
3. representation of the social side in the proceedings concerning the expansion of the airport, in Balice near Kraków, which led to the revocation of the environmental decision,
4. participation in a number of transactions concerning the sale of investment real estate to the development industry,
5. bringing about legislative changes that removed a significant loophole discriminating a group of entities as to the amount of benefits arising from the flat-rate income tax,
6. transformation of commercial law companies,
7. business processes with significant litigation values,
8. acting as an arrangement supervisor in restructuring proceedings concluded with the acceptance of an arrangement with the creditors of an entity from the automotive industry,
9. construction and registration of family foundations for private investors.

Drawing on her many years of experience, Basia handles her clients’ cases combining interdisciplinary knowledge from many areas of law. Working close to the business side of the client, she handles the cases of entrepreneurs and builds their legal and business relationships in a way that minimises the risk of future disputes, allowing companies to focus on the realisation of their business.
