He works for large corporations as well as start-ups on matters pertaining to market analysis, building company-strategy, developing product/services portfolios, managing organizational processes and structure, strategic programs, organizational culture and changes. He has several years of experience in the telecommunication, media and high tech industries. He has also completed projects for the financial, logistic, energy and consumer goods services sectors.

He was the director of the Strategy Department at T-Mobile Poland; he worked at leading consulting firms like Roland Berger, Accenture, Deloitte and KPMG. He is a mentor in start-up acceleration programs – supports them when it comes to strategy and business-model building.
