being\u00a0<strong>awarded the Rector\u2019s scholarship for best students<\/strong> for each year of her studies.<\/p>\n<p>Her interests revolve around commercial law, M&amp;A transactions, capital markets law, as well as intellectual property law.<\/p>\n<p>Lena is furthering her education as a participant in the <strong>British Law School<\/strong> organized by the British Law Centre &#8211; a joint venture of the University of Cambridge and the University of Warsaw.<\/p>\n<p>In <strong>DGTL<\/strong>, Lena primarily supports the <strong>Corporate Law Practice<\/strong> (,,<strong>Investment<\/strong>\u201d Area) and the<strong> IP Practice<\/strong> (,,<strong>Creation<\/strong>\u201d Area).<\/p>\n<p><strong>On a day-to-day, her tasks include:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>participation in M&amp;A transactions,<\/li>\n<li>drafting contracts, corporate, and transaction documents,<\/li>\n<li>legal due diligence,<\/li>\n<li>corporate services,<\/li>\n<li>analyzing legal issues and preparing legal opinions,<\/li>\n<li>support in contacts with clients.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div><style type=\"text\/css\">.fusion-body
