Apart from disputes she also handles individual and collective labor law, particularly cases that pertain to hiring processes and \u201cdifficult dismissals\u201d of high-level employees.<\/p>\n<p>Joanna holds particularly expansive experience when it comes to representing clients in court proceedings concerning nlaims arising from the termination of employment contracts, mobbing and discrimination, claims for accidents at work and occupational diseases, as well as in disputes with the Social Insurance Institution and the National Labor Inspectorate.<\/p>\n<p>Moreover, Joanna has experience when it comes to representing clients in inspection proceedings by the National Labor Inspectorate and the Social Insurance Institution. Including preparing strategies aimed at minimizing risks of losing the proceeding. <\/p>\n<p>Apart for Joanna\u2019s love for labor law, she I also active in the general civil law sector and conducting disputes between consumers and entrepreneurs as well as economic disputes.
